I APPRECIATED the proximity to the beach. It was a short walk. The hotel also offered an alternative with its pool. I liked that the hotel was close to restaurants, shopping centres, and grocery stores for everyday needs. Breakfast each morning offered a convenient start to the day. Mirelli provided excellent customer service. She was always pleasant and helpful.
THE lighting in the corridors was quite dim. I also noticed that the lock on my door was a little difficult to manage. It would be nice if these minor issues were addressed to improve the experience.

The breakfast had a good variety of options; i found something i liked each morning. The dining area WAS clean and well-maintained; staff kept it tidy. Service was generally efficient, even during busy periods; i was satisfied.

The room HAD ample space and contained necessary amenities such as a TV and air conditioning. Daily cleaning service kept the room neat with fresh towels and bedding provided. I appreciated the private terrace, which had great views.

The staff was very attentive to my needs. my room had a balcony with a nice view. It faced the inner courtyard. the room cleaning service was done daily and efficiently. breakfast was ok, though the pool service was very nice and quick.

the hotel enjoys proximity to several restaurants; this makes dining out very convenient. there are shopping centers nearby, so i could easily get anything i needed. grocery stores are also within walking distance, so this was very useful.
